Evoxa HDR 500 - rotary car polisher

Evoxa HDR 500:

is a rotary polisher belonging to the PROFESSIONAL line - dedicated to car detailing and painting.

It uses a new 1200W motor, which cooperates with an effective revolutions stabilization system connected to a sensor transmitting information about the current revolutions. Thanks to this, the rev stabilization system constantly corrects and provides appropriate engine power to maintain the set rpm. The electronics module also has a Soft Start function, which makes it easier to spread the paste without splashing it, and the speed potentiometer itself is in a version with the so-called "clicks" increasing the ease of rotation control. A very important feature of the polisher is the optimally selected speed range from 400 to 2200 RPM. This allows you to work with modern pastes requiring low speeds without negatively affecting the engine load when operating at low speeds.

This machine has 30% more torque than the HDR400 mkII model. This is the result of the use of a new two-stage gear transmission with a larger ratio and a lock for quick replacement of the working plates.

Compared to the gearbox from the lower model, it uses a different arrangement of gears to accommodate larger bearings, which improves the heat balance and the machine performs very favorably in this respect.

The gear arrangement itself is also very important, thanks to which the spindle for mounting the work plate is close to the longitudinal axis of the machine. In practice, this translates into very smooth operation of the machine during operation because the center of gravity of the polisher is located low above the element, as a result of which the rotational movement of the work plate is subject to little precession. This phenomenon is known from the operation of, for example, a spinning top or a gyroscope. In short, the higher the rotary polisher is placed above the element, the more restless it is and the less "balanced" it is.

The housing of the HDR500 polisher is very ergonomic and made of good material covered with Soft Grip elements in the front grip and rear handle. There are rubber feet on the back for convenient and safe placing of the machine on the floor, and the 5-meter soft and non-twisting power cable is inserted into the housing using a movable ball holder.

The polisher is covered by a 24-month warranty even when used professionally. It is possible to extend the warranty in the EVO+ service system.
