Binder Extreme Wheel Cleaner+ - a specialized, express 2-in-1 wheel cleaning product. Perfectly removes both metallic and other impurities. It has a pH of 9.37. Causes a bleeding effect. It leaves the rims thoroughly cleaned of all impurities.
