Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?
Yes, you can change your delivery address if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible.
What happens if I am not home during delivery?
The courier will leave a notification and attempt to deliver the parcel again the next business day or it will be redirected to a collection point.
Do you deliver on weekends?
We typically deliver on weekdays. Some couriers offer Saturday deliveries for an additional fee.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the selected shipping option. Shipping is free for orders over 200 PLN.
