The Gtechniq EXOv5 coating answers common problems of car users and ceramic coating enthusiasts. Excessive dirt on your car and caring for the ceramic coating will no longer be a problem for you.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Using the achievements of the flagship Gtechniq coating (Crystal Serum Ultra) and the record-breaking number of tests carried out by users and research institutes in the car detailing industry, a coating was created that limits the getting of the car's paint getting dirty and does not require complicated care (the coating is very resistant to clogging).\u00a0<\/p>\n

When applied to the paint, even of a new car, it increases the gloss and makes the paint unprecedentedly slippery. Strong hydrophobic properties and a high level of dirt resistance are the strongest points of EXO v5.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the use of siloxane composite technology, unique in the car detailing industry, water stains and road dirt are easy to remove. It creates a glassy layer that is more durable and more resistant to road salt and cleaning chemicals than previous EXO versions.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Improved application method - only one layer of the product is enough for the above-mentioned results.\u00a0<\/p>\n

EXO v5 can be used as an additional top layer on a ceramic coating (C1, CSL) or directly on the paint as an independent dirt-repellent coating.<\/p>\n

Which capacity should I choose?\u00a0<\/p>\n

30ml \u2013 recommended for cars with the dimensions of Audi A6, BMW 5, Mercedes E-Class or smaller
\n50ml \u2013 recommended for cars larger than Audi A6, BMW 5, Mercedes E-Class.<\/p>\n

Durability up to 24 months.<\/p>\n

Follow the advice below to get the best results.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

  • EXOv5 can be applied as a stand-alone coating or as a top coat under Gtechniq C1 Crystal Lacquer or Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light (CSL) - we recommend using C1 or CSL as a base coat under easy-to-mark and dark varnishes<\/li>\n
  • EXOv5 is applied in one layer\u00a0<\/li>\n
  • If applying over C1, EXOv5 should be applied a minimum of 4 hours but less than 12 hours after completing C1 application<\/li>\n
  • If applying via CSL, EXOv5 should be applied at least 1 hour after CSL application.<\/li>\n
  • Make sure your vehicle is not exposed to direct sunlight but is above 5 degrees Celsius, is completely dry and will remain dry for at least 12 hours after application<\/li>\n
  • Important, prepare the surface well - Wipe all surfaces with Gtechniq Panel Wipe (apply Panel Wipe directly to the cloth, not directly to the panel) - if you are applying on newly applied C1 or CSL, this step is not required<\/li>\n
  • Shake the bottle well and wear gloves<\/li>\n
  • Prime the applicator filled with AP2 Ultra Soft Foam evenly with a large amount of the product so that the pad is saturated<\/li>\n
  • Apply using the included applicator in overlapping strokes, e.g. in circular motions, on an area of approximately 60 cm x 60 cm. Wait 1 to 2 minutes after applying to the area and buff with a microfiber cloth, then another to remove any smudges and leave the surface slick. Only one layer of product is required.<\/li>\n
  • Allow the coating to cure for at least 12 hours before exposing it to moisture<\/li>\n
  • After application, we recommend not washing your car for at least 7 days<\/li>\n
  • Store in a cool, dry place<\/li>\n
  • Once opened, use within 3 months, if unopened, use within 12 months<\/li>\n
  • We do not recommend using other water-repellent products on EXO v5 (waxes, sealants, etc.)<\/li>\n
