Ultracoat Metal Guard – a very durable ceramic coating designed to protect the surface and maintain perfect cleanliness of the covered elements. Perfect for all types of metals. It has strong hydrophobic properties, thanks to which it strongly repels dirt and does not allow brake pad shavings and asphalt to permanently stick to the surface. The coating is resistant to high temperatures and maintains its properties even up to 800°C, which makes it incredibly resistant and durable. Metal Guard is suitable not only for standard aluminum rims, but also for chrome-plated elements, polished aluminum, exhaust tips and brake pad calipers. It has an incredible hardness level of 9H.

Application Instruction:

Make sure the protected surface is free from contamination, imperfections and scratches.

If necessary, renovate the protected surface, e.g. by mechanical polishing.

Wash the surface thoroughly with Ultracoat Shampoo+.

After drying, degrease the surface using Ultracoat Wipe It!

Make sure the room temperature is between 8-32°C.

Apply a few drops of the product on the Ultracoat Applicator or a cosmetic pad.

Spread the product thoroughly over the protected surface, ensuring that the product has been distributed evenly and will not require further lapping.

Wait 1-2 minutes and use the applicator to remove any excess product.

Leave for 24 hours to fully set and achieve full coating properties.

Tips:

Always use protective clothing, gloves and a respiratory mask.
Apply in a well-ventilated room.
Before applying surface protection, test the application on a small, inconspicuous place.
When protecting your rims, you'll get the best results when you remove them from the car.
To keep the coating in better condition, apply Scoat every few months.
