Pad made of short-haired PES microfiber, recommended for One Step paint corrections. The soft spacer allows you to remove deep scratches and works perfectly with modern pastes, supporting the finish on soft UNI varnishes. The short pile prevents the accumulation of paste residue, which makes cleaning the fleece easier and faster.
The pad diameter has been specially selected for long-stroke DA machines in order to maximize polishing efficiency by transferring the greatest cutting force. We also made sure that the pad is exactly the same size as the thrust plate, which allows it to transfer maximum torque, providing a few percent better cutting than other pads available on the market. It also prevents deformation when working on curves, significantly extending its service life.
The hardness of the black spacer is a balance between stiffness for constant contact with larger flat panels and flexibility for working on body contours. The hole in the central part of the pad will facilitate precise positioning on the machine.
