SONAX Profiline Cut & Finish 05/05 – "ONE STEP" polishing paste.

Dust-free polishing polish for removing paint inclusions, paint mist and deeper abrasion marks. Can be used as "ONE STEP". It ensures high abrasion while maintaining a high degree of gloss. Removes matting from 1500 grit paper (abrasion 5, gloss 5).

Usage:

Shake before processing.

Apply a small amount of polish to a hard sponge (493.100) or a lambswool disc (493.141) and polish with a pressure of 5-10 kg at a speed of 800 rpm. m² for 10 seconds, tilting the machine slightly.

Switch the polisher to 1200 rpm. and with a pressure of 1-2 kg (weight of the machine) polish for 20 seconds m², placing the sponge parallel to the varnish with its entire surface.

Wipe off any remaining paste with a soft microfiber cloth.

To check the polishing effect, use Finish Control (cat. no. 237.300).

Finally, we recommend finishing with Perfect Finish (224.300) or NP 03/06 (208.300) pastes. If an orbital machine is used for finishing work, EX 04/06 paste (242.300) is recommended.
