The polishing machine is designed for polishing paint coatings on various surfaces. The machine has an electronic speed control system, a Velcro disc with a diameter of 125 mm, oscillation with a stroke of 15 mm and an electronically adjustable speed in the range of 2100-4800 OPM. Battery life depends on the speed used and the load during polishing, but on average it is 35 minutes on a 4 Ah battery.
We do not recommend using work plates with a smaller diameter due to comfort, safety and warranty rules of the device. A smaller disc diameter, e.g. 75 mm, may cause incorrect operation of the machine and lead to its damage.
The polisher is a tool from the 20V AQ-ONE system, which allows the use of the same batteries to power various devices. The product is available in a set with one battery and charger, or as a device only.
The 20V AQ-ONE series tools have powerful brushless motors, 20V voltage and effective overload protection hidden in the batteries. Batteries are consumable parts. The battery lasts approximately 500 charging cycles, after which it must be replaced with a new one. The battery has a 12-month manufacturer's warranty. All tools of the 20V AQ-ONE system are covered by the Door to Door warranty.
