§ 1. General provisions
- The Regulations define the rules for using the online store available at https://liquidmaster.pl and the rules for concluding and implementing contracts for the sale of Products via the Store.
- The terms used in these Regulations mean:
a) Store - a store run by the Seller via the website available at https://liquidmaster.pl;
b) Seller - Dominik Kolecek, running a business under the name Liquid Master Dominik Kolecek, permanent place of business: ul. Lubliniecka 47a, 46-380 Dobrodzień, NIP: 5761593772, REGON: 523463873;
c) Customer - a natural person with full legal capacity or limited legal capacity in cases regulated by generally applicable law or subject to the consent of a statutory representative, a legal person and an organizational unit without legal personality, to which the act grants legal capacity, which includes a sales contract with the Seller;
d) Consumer – Customer who is a consumer within the meaning of Art. 221 Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1610, as amended);
e) Goods/Product – an item presented in the Store for sale. - Products are sold via the dropshipping model from a wholesaler with the Internet address detailing-house.pl, run by a company under the name Nomos sp. z oo sp. k. with its registered office in Warsaw, NIP: 6040131786, entered into the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for... capital city Warsaw, 13th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 987654321.
- The Regulations are available on the store's website in the form of a text document, and the customer can download and print it. The Regulations are also available at the store's headquarters.
- All prices given in the store are gross prices (including VAT), but do not include delivery costs.
§ 2. Terms of using the store

§ 3. Conclusion of sales contracts
- Sales contracts for products offered in the Store are concluded remotely via the Internet based on the order placed by the Customer.
- To place an order, the Customer must add selected products to the cart and then proceed to checkout by selecting the delivery and payment method and confirming the order.
- After placing the order, the Customer receives an order confirmation to the e-mail address provided. The order confirmation includes a summary of the order. Receiving order confirmation is tantamount to concluding a sales contract.
- The Seller reserves the right to refuse to process an order if the Customer does not meet the conditions specified in the regulations.
- The Goods are delivered to the carrier selected by the Customer within 2 business days from the date of payment. Information regarding delivery methods and related costs is provided to the Customer when placing the order.
- Before receiving the shipment from the carrier, it is recommended to examine it and, if damage is found, to request the preparation of an appropriate report.
- You can use the following payment methods:
a) using the external Imoje payment system operated by: ING Bank Śląski;
b) using Twisto Pay. - The customer is obliged to pay:
a) within 3 days - if you choose to pay by traditional transfer;
b) at the time of placing the order - if you choose a payment method using an external payment system;
§ 4. Registration of a Customer Account
- The Customer has the option of registering a Customer Account. When the Store confirms the registration of the Customer Account, an agreement for the provision of the Customer Account management service is concluded.
- As part of the Customer Account management service, the customer is provided with access to the Customer Account panel, which includes the following functionalities:
-recording of order history with the option of downloading an electronic invoice
-editing and saving the billing address and automatic entry for subsequent orders
-editing and saving personal data and automatic entry for subsequent orders
– password change
– saving viewed products in the favorites tab
– permanent deletion of the account along with the above-mentioned functionalities
- Registration is free and voluntary. In order to register, please complete and submit the registration form.
- Using the Customer Account is possible after creating it and logging in using the username and password selected by the Customer.
- Termination of the contract for the provision of the Customer Account service is possible at any time, without giving a reason, e.g. using the functionality of the Customer Account panel [1] [2] or sending a declaration of termination by post or e-mail: kontakt@liquidmaster.pl.
- The registered customer has the opportunity to take advantage of the promotional campaign entitled: "car washing". As part of the promotional campaign, the Registered Customer will be offered a car washing game. After playing the game, the customer will receive a unique discount code worth 2.5% for the entire order. The discount will be charged after entering the discount code in the basket in the discount code field. The discount code entitles you to reduce the price of the Products regardless of the value of the order. The promotional campaign cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts and rebates. You will be able to take advantage of the promotional campaign once every 3 days. [3] [4]
§ 5. Withdrawal from the contract (Return) and complaint
- The consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment of the ordered Products.
- To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, the Consumer must inform the Seller about his decision to withdraw from the sales contract on a durable medium (e.g. in a letter sent by post or e-mail to kontakt@liquidmaster.pl). The consumer may use the model withdrawal form (https://uokik.gov.pl/download.php?id=1216), although this is optional.
- The Consumer is obliged to return the Products immediately, and in any case no later than within 14 days from the date on which he informed the Seller about withdrawal from the sales contract.
- Products should be returned to the address of the Nomos Sp. With . o. o sp.k. – ul. Agrestowa 1, 83-010, Rekcin.
- The costs of returning the Products are borne by the Consumer.
- In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller will return the funds to the Customer, including the costs of delivering the Goods (except for additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by the Customer other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller), no later than within 14 days from the date of submission by the Customer. declaration of withdrawal from the contract.
- Complaints related to defects in the Products should be sent to the e-mail address: kontakt@liquidmaster.pl or to the address of the Seller's permanent place of business specified in § 1 section 2 letter b.
- In the content of the complaint, it is recommended to include contact details that will be used to respond to the complaint and conduct related correspondence, the bank account number appropriate for the refund, a description of the problem, and an indication of the preferred method of handling the complaint.
- In order to exercise the warranty rights, the Consumer is obliged to deliver the Goods to the following address: ul. Lubliniecka 47A 46-380 Dobrodzień
- . During transport, the Consumer is obliged to secure the Goods in a manner appropriate to their properties. The costs of delivering the complained Goods to the Seller are borne by the Consumer, and the costs of returning them to the Consumer are borne by the Seller.
- The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and inform the Consumer about further proceedings by e-mail or by regular mail, depending on the Consumer's will. If there is no information about the preferred method of transmitting information, it will be done using the method used by the Consumer to file a complaint.
- If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will remove the defect or replace the Product with another one of full value, without defects.
- If it is not possible to remove the defect or replace the Product with another one, the Consumer may demand a reduction in the price of the Goods or withdraw from the contract. The Seller will refund the Consumer the equivalent of the price of the purchased Product.
- Warranty rights for physical defects are available only to Customers who are consumers within the meaning of Art. 221 Act of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1610, as amended)
- The Seller reserves the right to change the offer of Products in the store and the prices of the Products. These changes do not affect already placed and confirmed orders.
§ 6. Extrajudicial consideration of complaints and pursuing claims
- The consumer has the opportunity to use the following out-of-court methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims:
a) submitting a request to the permanent consumer arbitration court operating at the Trade Inspection to resolve a dispute arising from the concluded Sales Agreement,
b) submitting a request to the provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection to initiate mediation proceedings regarding the amicable settlement of the dispute between the Consumer and the Seller;
c) using free assistance from a district (municipal) consumer ombudsman or a social organization whose statutory tasks include consumer protection;
d) submitting a complaint via the EU ODR online platform, available at the URL http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 .on online consumer dispute resolution and amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
- Detailed information on the possibility of using out-of-court methods of dealing with complaints and pursuing claims, as well as the rules of access to these procedures, are available at the offices and on the websites of district (municipal) consumer ombudsmen, social organizations whose statutory tasks include consumer protection, Provincial Inspectorates of the Trade Inspection and at the following internet addresses:
§ 7. Personal data protection
- The Store undertakes to protect Customers' personal data in accordance with the applicable provisions on the protection of personal data, in particular the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1781) and the regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).
- Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary, but necessary to complete orders and to use some services provided by the Store.
- The Seller processes Customers' personal data only for the purpose of fulfilling orders and for marketing purposes, if the Customer consents.
- The Seller provides Customers with access to their personal data and the right to correct and delete it. The customer may withdraw consent to the processing of his or her personal data at any time and request that his or her personal data be removed from the store's database.
- The Seller undertakes not to disclose Customers' personal data to other entities, unless it is necessary to complete the order (e.g. to a courier company to deliver the parcel) or when it is required by law.
- The Seller uses appropriate security measures to protect customers' personal data against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and unauthorized destruction.
- The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if he considers that the processing of his personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.

- The Seller may transfer customers' personal data to external entities only for the purpose of providing services ordered by the store, such as: deliveries, payment processing, hosting, online store operation, statistics, etc. These entities are obliged to protect Customers' personal data and process them solely for the purpose of providing services to the Seller.
- The Seller reserves the right to make changes to privacy policy. Customers will be notified of any changes on the store's website and/or by e-mail.

§ 8. Changes to the Regulations
- The Seller reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations for important reasons, i.e. changes in legal provisions, changes in the data or legal form of the Seller, changes in the methods or dates of payment or deliveries, changes in payment methods, changes in the requirements necessary for cooperation with the IT system used by the Seller, and also due to other technical or organizational changes regarding the Services provided by the Seller - to the extent that these changes affect the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations.
- The amendment to the Regulations does not apply to sales contracts concluded before the date of its amendment.
- Information about changes to the Regulations will be posted on the Store's website within 14 days before the date of entry into force of its new wording.
- Registered users will be informed about changes to the Regulations by e-mail, at least 14 days before the date of entry into force of its new wording. In a similar way, the Seller will send information about changes to the Regulations if the parties are bound by a contract concluded for an indefinite period.
