Innovacar SiNH Hybrid Coat - is the most modern, professional, hydrophobic nanotechnological coating for cars developed using Innovacar's unique Si-NH technology.
This ceramic coating is the ideal solution to achieve the perfect balance between the inorganic part, typical of basecoats, providing increased protection and resistance, and the organic part, typical of topcoats, which increases water resistance.
By using one product and only one application step, you can get both benefits, speeding up your work and reaping the benefits of a full nano-ceramic coating.
Main features:
- Hydrophobic and self-cleaning properties: thanks to its hydrophobic, antistatic and dirt-repellent properties, it makes it easy to keep the car clean.
- Certified Long Life: Tests conducted in certified third-party laboratories monitored changes in surface gloss (ISO 20566:2013) and hydrophobicity in both automatic and manual wash cycles, demonstrating that the product is expected to last approximately 4-5 years (75,000 km or up to 72 hand or automatic washing).
- Does not require the use of IR lamps: it has a quick drying time of approx. 20 minutes at room temperature (23°C) and humidity 50%, which means that it can be applied even without the use of IR lamps.
- Easy to use: It's a professional-grade ceramic coating, but it's easier to use and apply than other products in its category.
- Regeneration: at high temperatures, e.g. in the sun and in summer, it allows for self-regeneration of micro scratches.
- Better shock absorption: simulates the effect of PPF protective film to absorb shock and cause less damage, especially with 2-3 layers.
- Abrasion resistance tests conducted in external certified laboratories, simulating car washing in an automatic car wash using an alkaline pre-wash agent and quartz powder, showed that it is twice as resistant to abrasion as an untreated surface in accordance with ISO 20566:2013.
- Greater resistance to washing: due to its specific properties, tests have shown that it is resistant to manual or automatic washing cycles.
- Gloss and color depth: enhances the color depth and makes the body shine.
- Protection against weather conditions: the protected surface is resistant to UV radiation, corrosion and high temperatures.
- Suitable for various types of surfaces: can be used on bodywork, rims, aluminum, steel and plastic elements.
- Suitable for matt, PPF and taped paints: also suitable for use on matt paints, PPF protective films or taped machines and vehicles.
- Suitable for all types of vehicles, can be used in cars, motorcycles, bicycles and boats.
- Safety: does not contain PFAS and meets the requirements for the content of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in accordance with Directive 2004/42/EC and the analysis method in accordance with UNI EN ISO 11890-1:2008.
Average consumption: 30 ml per vehicle.
The application and user-friendly properties of SiNH products ensure less product consumption on the car, as 30 ml of the product corresponds to 50 ml of traditional ceramic coatings available on the market.
