Zaaplikowana na lakier powłoka ceramiczna FX Protect GLOSS S-4H tworzy elastyczną (membranowną) barierę ochronną. Powłoka posiada rewelacyjne właściowości hydrofobowe – odpycha brud i sprawia, że mycie samochodu staje się czynnością łatwiejszą i przyjemniejszą.

Powłoka FX Protect GLOSS S-4H po utwardzeniu staje się elastyczna, dzięki czemu posiada właściwości do mikro kurczenia się i rozszerzenia, bez pękania.

The thickness of one layer is about 1 micron.

Durability: 24-36 months or approx. 30,000 km - 45,000 km with proper care. (once every 6 months, cleaning the coating and applying TOP COATING)

Usage:

• apply 7-9 drops of Gloss Coating onto a dry applicator. This amount is enough to cover about half of an average-sized body element (with further application, when the applicator is saturated with the product, the number of drops can be reduced)
• spread the product place by place using longitudinal and widthwise movements (cross movements #). Work on small areas, the coating crystallizes quickly.
• wait 3-7 minutes (see table), then remove excess product with a wet*, seamless microfiber cloth. Then use a dry microfiber to polish the element until it shines
• repeat the operation on all external painted surfaces
• Be sure to collect excess coating in a timely manner. If left too long, it will crystallize and be difficult to remove!

* Use only demineralized water.

After performing all the above activities, leave the car in constant weather conditions for about 24 hours (temperature not lower than 10°C). This is the time necessary for the ceramic coating to harden

Czas utwardzania powłoki FX Protect GLOSS S-4H można skrócić poprzez zastosowanie podczerwieni IR.

Remember
A single application of the product is sufficient, but for maximum effect we recommend applying two layers of ceramic coating (3 hours apart).

After completing the coating application, we recommend applying the TOP COATING product after 12 hours, which will preserve the previously applied coating, and then wait another 12 hours for the ceramic coating to fully harden.

Preparing the car before applying a ceramic coating:

• multi-stage, safe car washing
• de-ironization of the varnish
• paint decontamination and claying
• mechanical correction of the paint coating
• double degreasing of the car body

Comments:

• Do not apply the product to the entire surface at once to avoid problems with the coating drying too early. Apply it element by element
• Carry out all activities in a well-lit room to avoid leaving product residues on the bodywork
• Do not expose the surface to water or moisture for at least 24 hours after application. The coating becomes fully durable after 7 days
• Do not wash your car with shampoo or chemicals for 7 days
• do not use in sunlight
• do not use in the rain
• do not use at temperatures below 10°C
• do not use on heated elements
• use on dry and prepared surfaces
• apply only with the applicator intended for this purpose
• use according to the instructions
• use personal protective equipment
