The Evoxa Sleeker Hi-Flat series of pads was created for comfortable and effective work on planetary and eccentric (DA) polishers. The pads have a classic conical shape with a central hole, but they have a characteristic low profile, only 17 mm high, which makes it much easier to operate the polisher. Moreover, the low profile combined with an additional stiff spacer glued between the Velcro and the foam makes the pad exceptionally stable and resistant to centrifugal and shearing forces generated when working on DA machines. The white stiffening spacer also serves as a thermal insulator against the heat generated by the bearings of the eccentric system, which is very important in the case of some polishers.
The pads are made of open-cell foam that better dissipates the heat generated by friction, which facilitates the work with modern polishing pastes and also helps in removing used paste and spoil from inside the foam.
All these features create a product that is as good as the most famous brands in terms of performance and durability, and if we take into account the price/quality criterion, these pads can definitely be considered among the top.
