The paste is produced in Europe and from European raw materials. The recipe is based on a modern, shattering mixture of silica - aluminum oxide abrasive. This combination of abrasives ensures quick and strong removal of the degraded paint surface and allows for much better finishing effects than pastes based only on aluminum oxide. In the initial phase of polishing, the AL2O3 grain of a properly selected size and shape aggressively affects the polished surface, removing the most uneven layer. As a result of friction, the AL2O3 grain undergoes initial disintegration. These finer fragments begin to gleam the surface, but the final stage would not be possible without the silica. It is thanks to the silica fragmented during the process that the kaolinite released from it breaks up the fine grains of aluminum oxide even more and thus gives a better surface finish.
The whole process takes place at a low temperature thanks to the use of a sliding system based on an oil-water emulsion which has very good cooling properties compared to petroleum-derived systems. The lack of organic solvents and special emulsifiers and agents reducing surface tension cause that the paste does not show dusting during operation, and the process itself is optimally selected in terms of the time needed to properly break down the abrasive.
The paste does not contain polymer fillers and waxes, thanks to which it is predictable during work and does not falsify the obtained effect. The mineral oil used for the slip emulsion is easily removed with polish removers. It also does not contain silicone oils, so it can be safely used in car paint shops.
The paste works well with rotary and eccentric polishers. Properly selected pads facilitate and accelerate the polishing process. We especially recommend working on microfiber pads and modern polishing furs made of a mixture of natural and synthetic wool (so-called blended wool), which with high cutting power also provide a very high level of surface finish.
