Evoxa HDR 200 - a small rotary car polisher

Evoxa HDR200 – is a small rotary polisher intended for professional use. The machine has a powerful 850 W motor with good overload protection.

It is designed for continuous operation with working plates with diameters from 25 mm to 75 mm.

The engine is controlled by an electronics module with a rotation stabilization system, which continuously corrects and supplies the appropriate engine power to maintain the set rotational speed of the working plate. The machine also has a soft start function. The use of bearings from a leading manufacturer allowed for long-term failure-free operation.

The machine has a wide speed range from 1500 to 5500 RPM. The lower speed range, combined with the soft star system, allows for excellent control during the initial distribution of the paste, preventing it from splashing, and effective work with 75 mm pads. However, higher speed ranges are very useful when working with the smallest pad diameters, e.g. 25 mm, increasing the speed of work. High engine power combined with speed stabilization allows for effective and efficient removal of paint scratches.

This characteristic and the soft, 5-meter-long power cord make the machine extremely comfortable to use. It is also perfect as a drive for the Flexit flexible extension. This is the result of a high speed range, which is unattainable when using large rotary polishers, and thus significantly increases the speed of work in hard-to-reach places.

The polisher is covered by a 24-month warranty even when used professionally. It is possible to extend the warranty in the EVO+ service system.
