Evoxa HDQ 21 DA eccentric polisher

Evoxa HDQ21 – polisher belongs to the third and highest series of Dual Action machines by Evoxa. This series is intended for professionals who expect very high efficiency from the machine and for whom the time spent on polishing translates into financial results.
Thanks to the capabilities of this polisher and the appropriate selection of pads and pastes, you can shorten the polishing time by up to 50% (compared to HDC series polishers or most other competing brands).

Ergonomics:
The body is made of very good quality material with Soft Grip inserts on the front and rear handles. The so-called front grip the head has been profiled in such a way that it allows for comfortable support of the entire hand and a firm grip of the machine. The rear handle has a small diameter and is gently rounded, which is especially important for users with smaller hands. The wide switch button and its lock are also conveniently located. The speed regulator is located at the top of the machine, where it is easy to operate with the thumb.
There are also rubber feet on the back of the casing for convenient and safe placing of the machine on the floor, and the 5-meter power cord is inserted into the casing via a movable holder, which perfectly protects against breaking the cable in this place.

Engine and accessories:
The polisher is equipped with a 1000 W motor with an effective cooling system and direct access to the brushes. The rotor and gear are mounted on NSK brand bearings, and the electronics controlling the speed are equipped with the Soft Start system and speed stabilization with a rotor speed sensor. Compared to the HDD series, a slightly weaker engine was used, but thanks to the changed and quiet transmission and different characteristics of the electronics module, a better distribution of work efficiency into individual "gears" was achieved. Additionally, the entire eccentric system made on CNC, together with special low-resistance bearings, means that the machine has very low vibrations during operation and has very high effective cutting power.
Thanks to these changes, the HDQ series polishers achieve stable rotation of the disc already in the 1st gear, and from the 2nd to the 4th gear, most jobs can be performed without loss of efficiency. However, the 5th and 6th gears allow you to use the advantage of this machine over the competition for fast work, provided, of course, you have durable pads and pastes that are not sensitive to high speeds.
Another important feature of the polisher is that the eccentric system is balanced on a disc with a diameter of 125 mm, compensated for the average weight of the pad being applied. This is the most popular diameter of work discs, but if you need to use a 150 mm disc, its weight should be taken into account so as not to load the bearings with high vibrations. Evoxa has suitable plates as an option.

HDQ series polishers, thanks to excellent ergonomics, low vibrations and quiet engines and gears, offer very high comfort of work. The machine's cooling system is also optimally designed to disperse the heat generated by the engine and gearbox in several directions, but in such a way as to avoid direct blowing onto the operator's face.
