Evoxa HDP10 – is a small Dual Action polishing machine with a stroke of 10 mm, which was created for professional use. The product is equipped with a powerful engine made of elements enabling continuous operation, a perfectly selected angle gear and all bearings from the leading manufacturer NSK.
The engine is controlled by electronics with soft start and speed stabilization, which allows for effective and comfortable long-term operation. The machine has a wide speed range of 1500 - 5500 OPM, adapted to work with 75 and 125 mm discs.
The counterweight of the eccentric system has been designed so that vibrations are minimal and there is no difference in vibrations regardless of whether the work is carried out on a 75 or 125 mm disc, but it must be a disc of appropriate weight. A plate with a diameter of 125 mm suitable for HDP10 has the symbol Evox 24125.
The lower speed range from 1500 OPM, combined with a soft grind, provides very good control when initially spreading the paste. However, the 10 mm stroke, combined with higher revolutions and high power of the 850 W engine with rotation stabilization, allows for effective and efficient removal of paint scratches.
Such characteristics, a compact housing and a soft, 5-meter long power cord make it an extremely versatile and easy-to-use machine.
The Evoxa HDP10 polisher is covered by a 24-month warranty even when used professionally. It is possible to extend the warranty in the EVO+ service system.
