Deturner Prepare – prepares the surface for the application of coatings, waxes and sealants by thoroughly degreasing it. Properly selected ingredients, including alcohols, remove remnants of polishing paste, waxes and silicones. Recommended for final inspection on soft varnishes. Increases the bond between the surface and any type of protection.

Usage:

Spray the microfiber cloth generously and then spread it on the surface you want to degrease.

Wait and wipe off the excess using an appropriate microfiber cloth.

The product can also be applied directly to the varnish and the excess removed with a suitable microfiber.

 

 

Deturner The Only Coating - a high-quality protective coating for paint, intended for amateurs and for professional use. It is characterized by an easy application similar to Quick Detailers, which is why it is recommended especially for beginners. In addition, it can be applied as a Top Coat on other coatings.

It creates a surface resistant to weather conditions, including micro-scratches and UV radiation, which can destroy the color of the varnish. It is resistant to aggressive chemicals, including diluted acids and alkalis.

After application, it provides the effect of crystal glassiness, slippery and significant darkening of the varnish and smoothness. As a result, self-cleaning and phenomenal hydrophobicity lasts up to 12 months or 20,000 km / 50 detailing washes.

Coating characteristics:

• Resistant to chemicals within 2-12 pH.
• Can be used on: painted surfaces, reflectors, plastics, colorless protective foils.
• Protection period: 12 months / 20,000 km / 50 detailing washes.
• Efficient, 20-30 ml is enough for a medium-sized car.
• One-layer, no need to apply a second layer.
• It bonds with the varnish after 24 hours.
• Well fills micro scratches on the car paint.

Usage:

Surface preparation:

• The paint surface must be washed, cleaned of any contamination and optionally polished. We suggest mechanical or chemical decontamination and one-stage paint correction.
• Prepare the surface by degreasing it with Deturner PREPARE, preferably twice.
• The coating can also be applied outdoors, avoiding excessive sunlight.
• The ideal operating conditions are a temperature in the range of 15-25°C.

Coating application:

• Shake the coated bottle thoroughly.
• For application, use high-quality microfibers of various weights. This will ensure correct and appropriate application.
• Take care of adequate lighting during application.
• Apply the coating generously with an atomizer to the paint surface, and then spread it with a clean, dry and low-absorbent microfiber cloth.
• You can also apply it directly to microfiber and rub it over the varnish or in the traditional way using suede microfiber.
• You can apply it to the entire element, provided it is quite small. For large elements, divide the surfaces into at least two parts.
• 5 minutes after application, start rubbing with a clean microfiber cloth. For the first lapping, you can use a higher-weight microfiber, and the final lapping can be done with a thin microfiber.
• The coating may dry faster at higher temperatures.

Attention:

The coating will harden completely within 14 days of application. It is important not to get excessive dirt, especially the lower parts of the door - then we will significantly lose its hydrophobic properties. If such a situation occurs, it is worth washing the car with a neutral shampoo rather than leaving dirt on the surface.

Care:

• Start regular care by softening dirt with Deturner FOAM. Then use the two-bucket washing method, using neutral Deturner ShampoONLY shampoo and a gentle washing mitt. Perform regular maintenance at least every two weeks.
• For care that removes mineral impurities, including water spots, use an acidic shampoo: Deturner Sour Shampoo & Foam acc. recommendations on the label. Correct use of the product will restore its hydrophobic properties. Use when the hydrophobic effect disappears on the surface.
• Dry the surfaces thoroughly each time. After washing, the coating can be improved with the following product: Deturner Ceramic Detailer.

Recommendations:

• Do not use on surfaces: glass, rubber, vinyl, fabric, leather.
• Wipe off excess coating within the specified time specified in the instructions. If left for longer, it will become more difficult to remove.
• Use personal protective equipment, including gloves and a mask.
• Do not use on heated elements or in direct sunlight.
• Never apply the product to the entire surface of the vehicle at one time, use it one element at a time.
• Do not expose the protected surface to contact with water or moisture for 24 hours after application, the direct setting time of the coating depends on the ambient temperature and humidity.

Storage:

The coating should be stored at a temperature of 10-25°C. Once opened, use within 14 days. Shake the bottle thoroughly before each use.
