Just open the box and enjoy a professional and complete set for cleaning and maintaining leather upholstery.

 

Clean the skin in circular motions, place by place. It can be compared to brushing your teeth. We don't have to press the brush hard. Then we remove the foam from the skin with the included microfiber cloth. Naturally, the surface should be vacuumed beforehand, paying attention to all the nooks and crannies. After cleaning, we wait a few hours for the leather to dry. This process must not be rushed. This may cause the skin to dry out. Finally, apply a thin layer of Leder Versiegelung preservative. Leder Versiegelung should be applied with a soft cloth in circular motions. Before using, wait until the agent dries.

After these treatments, we can enjoy clean and preserved skin.

Strong Clean removes difficult dirt without damaging the structure of the leather; in most cases, discolorations and stains do not remove paint or surface finish. Additionally, it eliminates unpleasant odors such as sweat, cigarette smoke, etc.

Leder Versiegelung is a protective agent for smooth leather that is particularly susceptible to abrasion. Thanks to the use of polymer technology, it creates an invisible coating that protects the skin against abrasion and discoloration.

 

What kind of leather do we use?

Use the set to clean and maintain smooth leather used for car upholstery.

The set should not be used for open aniline leather, velvet or nubuck. We also have products for this type of leather. Please check our categories or contact the store staff.

High performance:

200ml of Strong Cleaner - included in the set, is enough to clean a set of car seats 3 times. In the case of very dirty leather that needs to be cleaned several times, the agent is enough for one and a half sets. The agent is in a bottle with a foam applicator, which limits consumption.

150 ml of Leder versiegelung preservative is enough for three complete car interiors.

 

How often should you clean and maintain your leather?

General recommendations Maintenance should be carried out every 3 - 6 months. If any operational dirt or discoloration occurs, it should be removed immediately. Places particularly exposed to friction and use should be maintained more often. We are talking about the sides of the seats that are exposed when getting in. We recommend doing this at least once a month.

 

Where to perform maintenance?

Always at a positive temperature in a place not exposed to sunlight.

Should I choose a set with a stronger agent, Strong or Soft?

In case of discoloration or stains, it is worth choosing the Strong Cleaner set. A similar situation occurs when the upholstery is very dirty or has not been cleaned for a long time. In this case, we also recommend using Strong Clean.

 

If the upholstery is well-maintained and does not have any troublesome operational dirt, discoloration or stains, it is worth choosing the milder Soft Clean set. The same applies to the situation when we regularly clean and maintain our upholstery. There is then no need to use a stronger agent. Thanks to its low pH, Soft clean is also suitable for frequent care treatments.
